The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our JD Edwards systems are properly aligned with the strategic objectives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to JD Edwards applications.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements and new implementations.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure that solutions meet requirements.

- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet business expectations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions within the JD Edwards environment.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand system functionality and best practices.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to JD Edwards applications.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in JD Edwards and business analysis methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on JD Edwards systems.

- Strong understanding of JD Edwards functional and technical modules, with experience in implementations or upgrades.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

- JD Edwards certification or relevant technical training is preferred.
