About:

- Scoping and scanning the market with focus on Large Corporates/SMEs/New Age Companies/Stressed Clients

- Continuous engagement with internal relationship and coverage teams

- Developing pitches with financing solutions and financial modelling

- Deep coverage of CFOs/treasury teams for origination of transactions

- Understanding of various products like Loans, NCDs, Sub-debt, Quasi Debt etc. to be pitched to both Issuers/Borrowers and Investors

- Keeping track of various transactions happening in market

- Working with sales team and prospective investors for placements

- Closure of deal including structuring , sanctions, documentation and funding

- Working independently as well as in a team

- Established track record of origination / structuring of deals

- Good understanding of underwriting and documentation

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
