Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support core banking operations and reporting functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial data management, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in preparation, validation, and analysis of operational and financial reports

- Monitor daily banking operations workflows and ensure accuracy and compliance

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to resolve data discrepancies and streamline processes

- Ensure timely completion of reporting deliverables with high attention to detail

- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality

- Maintain and organize data using MS Excel for reporting and tracking purposes

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related disciplines (B.Com / M.Com / B.Sc)

- Strong academic track record (preferred consistency across academics)

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, reporting, or banking domain (freshers with strong aptitude may apply)

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling) and MS Word

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Good communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams

- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
