Product Strategy & Development:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for clearing services in the HFT space.
- Enhance existing clearing offerings to meet evolving market and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in clearing services.
- Assessment of the current offering and implement changes therein towards overall improvements.
- Assessments and implementing improvements in service offerings with a specific emphasis on high frequency and algo traders. This would include clients in the capacity of FPIs, Domestic entities as well as those having a broking set up (TM) who need Clearing Member services.
- Implementing specific Risk Management Practices for HFT clients.
Client Engagement:
- Partner with the sales team to meet clients, understand their needs, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Act as a product expert during client discussions and presentations.
- Attend client meetings along with Kotak Securities sales team to offer a cohesive Tm + CM offering.
- Managing formal and informal client communication with regards to regulatory changes, market updates, etc.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technology, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Align product initiatives with business objectives and compliance standards.
