Kotak Mahindra Bank - Team Member - Compliance

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Team Member- Compliance who will be managing the following key responsibilities.

- Identification, Review, Dissemination, Implementation and Monitoring of regulatory changes, by the concerned teams.

- Providing advisory on regulatory and general compliance matters concerning regulations related to FEMA, RBI, SEBI and other regulators, across Business and functions in the Bank

- Support business and functional stakeholders in reviewing product and process notes from Compliance risk perspective.

- Provide trainings to internal stakeholders on important regulatory changes and developments on a periodic basis

- Testing actual implementation of new and existing regulations to validate process & controls effectiveness from a design & operating effectiveness perspective market.

What are we looking for

- Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in compliance KYC/AML & or Policy, Process Control, roles, Risk , Audit verticals from Banking, Consulting, companies.

- Knowledge about key regulatory requirements relating to banking and financial services segment.

- Hands-on experience of implementing or monitoring implementation of regulations/Prior audit or assurance background will be preferred.

- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exposure to Digital & Analytical tools

- Understands the financial and regulatory landscape.

- Communicates effectively and works well in teams

Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria:

- Post Graduate/CA/CS/CWA's qualification is must

- 2 years of experience in the compliance & Risk domain

- Candidates with good oral and written communication skills
