Key Deliverables :

Deliver origination, credit evaluation, and seamless execution of NBFC lending/investment transactions while building relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, and driving cross-sell opportunities.

Job Description:

- Part of BFIG NBFC Business Team KMBL.

- The team is focusing on lending to Large, Mid-Sized & Emerging NBFCs.

- Lending/Investments in form of Loan/Bonds/Securitization

- Involved in origination and coverage of Target NBFCs

- Closely working with Credit Risk team for assessment and underwriting of Target NBFCs

- Anchor the transaction disbursement post approval (legal/service team/ops)

- Maintain database and build credit intelligence on NBFC sector, monitor the portfolio

- Support Origination of mandates for Debt Capital Market placement

- Build coverage with NBFCs in the form of Transaction Banking & Corporate Salary

Qualification & Experience :

- Relevant experience of 3 to 6 years

- Good understanding of NBFC sectors and experience of dealing with NBFCs

- Knowledge and experience in lending executions

- Good understanding of Transaction Banking
