Relationship Manager : Alternate Asset Group (Retail)
Job Description:
Alternate Asset Group (Retail) : This vertical specializes in acquiring retail customers for funding against Residential, Commercial & Industrial, and Institutional Properties. We also provide loans for purchase of Commercial Properties and funding with Lease Rental Discounting. The target customer segment is Manufacturers, Education, Real Estate, Service Industry and self-employed professionals.
Role :
- Sourcing of cases from open market channel (DSA), Other Group Businesses, Cross Channel and Direct cases to achieve Budgeted volumes.
- Meeting clients and explain various products related to WC/ TL etc.
- Liaise with Credit team for Documentation and proposal submission for approvals.
- Coordination with Cross Functions (Legal / Technical / Operations) for day to day activities involved in processing of Sanction and disbursement of Cases.
- Responsible for deepening distribution network by consistently adding new channels.
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross - sell & multiple product selling.
- Responsible for the end to end monitoring of the portfolio
- Structuring and customizing the products to suit the customer's requirement.
Requirements/ qualification:
- Graduate/ MBA with min 5-7 years' experience in banking/ NBFC industry
- Good knowledge on all the banking products
- Team worker
- Customer relationship management skills
