Kotak Mahindra Bank - Relationship Manager - Alternate Asset Group

Job Role:

- Acquiring NTB (New-to-Bank) clients with deal ticket sizes ranging from 15 Cr to 200 Cr across diverse sectors & regions.

- Managed a client portfolio end-to-end, ensuring high standards of servicing, relationship management, and client retention.

- Structured and customized financial solutions/products aligned to specific client requirements, enhancing deal conversion and satisfaction.

- Oversaw end-to-end portfolio monitoring, including credit performance, risk assessment, and compliance adherence.

- Drove distribution expansion and channel development initiatives to maximize loan book growth and market penetration.

Job Requirements:

- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in LAP / SME / BBG / Working Capital segments within Banks or NBFCs

- Strong understanding of lending products and credit structures

- Proven expertise in CA Consultants/ DSA (Direct Selling Agent) management and channel development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
