- Revenue Generation: Achieve, or exceed, sales targets related to salary accounts and associated fee income.

Required Profile:

- Experience: Generally, 5-10 years (sometimes up to 13 years) in relationship management, preferably in corporate sales or banking.

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and client negotiation skills.

- Knowledge: Good understanding of corporate banking products, payroll systems, and local market trends in the GCC sector
