Kotak Mahindra Bank - Credit Analyst

We are looking for a candidate to join KIDF credit Team as Credit Analyst.

Candidate should have experience of 3-7 years, with at least 2 yrs in power sector underwriting. Balance exp can be in corporate finance/ project finance.

Job Description :

- End to end underwriting of deals, with keen eye for details

- Evaluate key terms & structure term sheets, closely work with Business team for the same

- Monitoring of assets in assigned portfolio

- Periodic reporting of risks related to assets in his portfolio

- Tracking key updates in infrastructure sector and publish reports on such updates at a set frequency.

- Handling audit related to underwriting and monitoring
