Job Role

- Detailed understanding about Business Continuity Planning ( BCP )as a concept with strong background of emergency preparedness, recovery planning , ability to effectively implement continuity strategies to ensure minimum business disruptions.

- Assist in maintaining, testing and improving our BCP framework to minimize risk and ensure business operations can withstand and recover from disruptions

- Embedding BCP in Organization Culture through various methods and strengthen awareness about BCP amongst all in the organization

- Practical Knowledge of preparing BCP document covering different scenarios

- Ensuring Compliance / Regulatory requirements are met as per timelines

- Assisting in Implementation of BCP in various departments by developing, maintaining recovery plans across departments

- Ensuring critical units are reviewing and updating their Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment Documents

- Ensure regular review of the BCP Critical Processes

- Periodic review of BCP documents to minimize risk and ensure that continuity is maintained

- Prepare Annual BCP plan for different units and ensure adherence to the same

- Ensuring that BCP Testings / Evacuation Drills are conducted as per Schedule

- Ensuring BCP testings are conducted for Material Vendors

- Tracking of Major Incidents and Serving as a key liaison during incident response and recovery efforts and analyzing its possible impact to invoke BCP

- Assisting in co-ordination with various stakeholders and ensure that actionable of the BCM Committee and executed within the stipulated time frame

- Know-how of Info Security Risk / Disaster Recovery / BCP activation of related systems in coordination with IT DR team

- Handing of various audits viz Regulatory / Statutory/ Internal audits /IT Inspections

- Use of Automation in BCP

Job Requirements:

- Relevant suitable experience and ability to liaison /work with cross functional teams/ business teams

- MBA / CA preferred

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication, coordination , analytical and project management skills

- Effective oral and written communication

- Sound logical reasoning capabilities

- Applied analytical thinking capabilities

- Motivated and Detailed Oriented team member with an initiative of self-learning and development
