Role Overview
We are seeking a mature and experienced female HR professional to join as the HR Business Partner (East Region) for our TIED Sales function. This role is pivotal in driving people strategy across the region and ensuring alignment with business goals
The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to the Sales leadership team, balancing strategic talent management with operational HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manning
- Partner with business leaders to identify manpower needs in the Sales function.
- Handle a team of professionals to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and managerial roles.
- Ensure diversity and quality of hires in alignment with organizational goals.
Talent & People Management
- Manpower Planning: Partner with business leaders to identify manpower needs in the Sales function. Handle a team of professionals to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and managerial roles.
- Talent Management: Identify, nurture, and develop high-potential employees; implement structured career development plans.
- Attrition Management: Analyze attrition trends, design retention strategies, and drive interventions to reduce employee turnover.
- Succession Planning: Work closely with leadership to build succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Employee Grievances: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives beyond recreational activities, focusing on career growth, recognition, and employee well-being.
- Experience: 8-12 years in HR, preferably in BFSI or Insurance Sales HRBP roles.
- Education: Must be a full time MBA/MHRM
