OF POSITIONS REPORTING IN : Total 11 Members, Direct Report 3 Managers  Management Level   Objective Of The Role :   To Lead, manage and motivate a team of young executives at the branches ensuring adherence to Compliance & Risk in the pursuit of achieving the Organisational Goals.   Ensuring committed service delivery to distribution and customers and create customer delight  1. Facilitating Branch Ops and ROCs for effective Branch Ops Managements  2. Creating customer delight & cost effective service delivery.  3. Process adherence ensuring disseminating the same to both sales and operations  4. Compliance and Risk Adherence & facilitating & drafting of Processes etc.  5. Exception and Escalation handling  6. Relationship management within the department and with cross functional teams  7. Convening meetings and actively participating in driving companies goals and objectives.   8. Recruitment, Training and Induction of team members  9. Servicing portfolio includes tied, alternate, group (EEG & FIG), E-Insurance, Kotak Direct, Tele Sales Channels.  10. Branch Inspection through branch visits, auditing to ensure process adherence and Standardized practices across regions  11. Attending to Legal Complaints on behalf of HO with the Ombudsman, Court cases;  12. Effective & Cost Efficient Service Delivery  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Managing Agency Control Unit - Agency Licencing   - Managing Planning & MIS unit   - Rural Operations  - Branch Excellence, Projects & Support   INTERACTIONS :   Internal Relations :  With PAN India Regional Operations Heads & Branch Ops team, IT Team & Peer Dept Projects Managers, Sales National Relationship Team. External Relations: Vendor Management, Distributors, Regulators & ombudsman etc.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :   Educational Qualifications : CA / MBA (Finance)  Work Experience: Operations & Customer Service - Insurance Sector & Banking Sector in Total 4 years + & Team Management.  Certifications :  Preferably in Project Management, Six Sigma, SOX or ISO projects.  Other skill set :  - Excellent Communications &effective Presentation Skills.  - High on energy & positivity.
