Job Title : Assistant Vice President-HR- Sales Incentives

Department : HR-Incentives

Location: Goregaon East-IT Park

Grade: L6

Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our Incentives team. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and optimization of all incentive schemes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, business partnering, and a keen eye for operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and audit incentive calculations to ensure alignment with approved scheme constructs.

- Ensure timely and accurate payout processing, including exception handling and approvals.

- Collaborate with HRBPs, Sales, and Finance to align cost provisions, accruals, and payout cycles.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis between forecasted vs. actual incentive costs.

- Track and report the financial impact of incentive schemes across different business units.

- Support in Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly forecasting, budgeting, and provisioning for incentive expenses.

- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes; recommend and implement improvements

- Partner with the Tech/HRIS team to automate calculations and improve dashboarding accuracy.

- Ensure SOPs/compliance checks, internal audit readiness, and documentation for all incentive cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience preferably in HR, Operations, Sales, Finance, or Rewards.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and cost analysis.

- Hands-on experience in Excel, financial modeling and working with large data sets.

- Familiarity with incentive schemes, variable pay structures, or sales performance metrics preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Attention to detail with a bias for process discipline and continuous improvement.
