Key Responsibilities: - Thorough analysis of investment opportunity which shall include financial models preparation, sector analysis, project underwriting, trends in RE sector - Producing accurate financial models for assessing the investment opportunity - Preparation of Investment committee presentations, Investor updates presentations and any other presentations / thesis as and when required by LPs / senior management - Preparation of term sheets and supporting senior team members in documents finalization. Assisting senior team members in deal structuring, deal negotiations, deal closure - Coordinating with all stakeholders and managing internal / external processes to conclude due diligence process and deal closure in efficient manner - Working with asset management team as and when required to support portfolio investment monitoring Skills & Educational Requirements: - Excellent communications skills and ability to work with accuracy within deadlines - Proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - MBA from Tier I college with 1-2 years experience required
