Kotak - Analyst - Financial Sponsors Group - IIT/NIT/BITS

Key Responsibilities :

- The Analyst shall work closely with The team to help cover a few sectors, execute M&A transactions and support the team.

- Work shall entail towards preparing trading comparable, financial models & valuations, investor profiles, several deal marketing documents (pitch books, information memorandum, company profiles), industry analysis, and other similar analyses from time to time. Skills and Requirements.

- Be fluent in spoken and written English and having good understanding of financial concepts.

- The candidate would be strong analytically and have the ability to handle multiple work mandates.

- Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson One, Capital line etc. and tools such as MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint and MS Word shall be an advantage.

Eligibility:

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution / related domain would be preferred
