Role Description:

- We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives for IT System Integration services.

- The role involves enterprise account acquisition, strategic partnerships, revenue ownership, and mentoring of the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Identify, qualify, and close large enterprise and strategic opportunities.

Lead sales for IT System Integration solutions, including:.

- IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking).

- Cloud & Virtualization.

- Cybersecurity (Firewall, Endpoint, SOC solutions).

- AV & Collaboration.

- Data Center & Managed Services.

- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.

- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design value-driven solutions.

- Lead negotiations, commercials, and contract finalization.

- Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets.

- Mentor, guide, and review performance of BDM / sales team members.

- Establish and manage strategic alliances with OEMs and channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new verticals.

- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and MIS reports to leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and strategic business development skills.

- Deep understanding of IT System Integration and enterprise solution selling.

- Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making ability.
