Role Overview:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets. The role requires daily monitoring of performance, delivering coaching and training, resolving customer concerns, identifying improvement areas, and driving initiatives that improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance using sales reports, conversion metrics, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolution of client queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies, process improvements, and revenue initiatives.
- Analyze sales trends and market insights to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and organizational standards.
- Maintain discipline, morale, and a positive team culture to drive consistent productivity.
- Handle escalations, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smoother operations and service delivery.
