Job Description:

Konecranes is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI, supporting decision-making across Sales, Service, and Pricing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design actionable insights from large datasets.

- Deliver accurate, periodic reports with measurable impact.

- Translate business needs into reporting and data pipeline specs.

- Collaborate on UI layouts and data transformation logic.

- Develop and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards.

- Create training materials and support dashboard adoption.

- Maintain BI standards for consistency and scalability.

- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Technical And Behavioral Skills:

- Power BI (Power Query, Data Modeling)

- SQL & data warehouse concepts

- MS Office tools

- SAP & Siebel (preferred)

- Azure, Databricks (added advantage)

- Strong communication & stakeholder management

- Analytical thinking & problem-solving

- Self-motivated and proactive

- Adaptability to changing priorities

- Positive attitude and quality mindset

The role is based in our office in Chennai but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

To achieve these goals,

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 58 Years in Data & Analytics, preferably in global projects.

- Bachelors in Engineering i.e. Mechanical/ IT/ Computers

- Proven success in multinational environments.

- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

- Project management and data visualization expertise.

- Familiarity with Cloud Computing, and SQL databases.

- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Qualifications:

- 58 Years in Data & Analytics, preferably in global projects.

- Bachelors in Engineering i.e. Mechanical/ IT/ Computers
