Komatsu- Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Description:

We are seeking a Professionally Qualified Finance and Accounts Manager with 1012 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and revenue accounting.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of complex financial contracts and their business impact, as well as the ability to perform in high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting

- Manage end-to-end budgeting processes across business units

- Oversee revenue accounting and ensure compliance with revenue recognition principles

- Analyze and interpret complex contracts and assess their financial implications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions with financial insights

- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities

- Drive process improvements and automation within finance operations

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

- Support statutory and internal audits with proper documentation and reconciliations

- Develop dashboards and financial models for business reviews and decision-making

Required Skillsets:

- Strong knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, and accounting standards

- Proficiency in revenue accounting and recognition practices

- Ability to interpret complex commercial contracts and assess their financial impact

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and business acumen

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP

- Working knowledge of SAP (preferred but not mandatory)

- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision

Candidate Profile:

- Professionally qualified (CA/CMA/MBA Finance or equivalent)

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts

- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality

- Self-driven with a continuous learning mindset
