We are looking for a Team Lead - City Business to drive conversion success, ensure homeowner satisfaction, and lead a high-performance advisory team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills, along with a passion for delivering an outstanding homeowner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conversion Ownership:

- Take full responsibility for city business and ensure the achievement of 100% target conversion rates on a weekly basis.

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance closure rates at all stages of the advisory process.

2. Progress Metric Management:

- Lead the team to consistently meet key leading performance indicators such as:

- Number of site visits scheduled and completed

- Quotation submissions

- Quotation comparisons provided

- Professional meetings arranged for homeowners

- Continuously track, monitor, and optimize these progress metrics to build a strong and efficient conversion funnel.

3. Homeowner Experience & Supply Quality:

- Oversee the end-to-end homeowner experience during the advisory process, ensuring every interaction enhances trust, clarity, and value.

- Ensure the city team maintains a high-quality supply of professionals with the right skill sets, portfolios, and willingness to close deals.

- Work closely with the Supply and Business teams to address any supply gaps in the city.

4. Team Leadership & Process Management:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Advisors and Allocation Agents to meet city KPIs and performance targets.

- Manage allocation strategies for matching homeowners with the most suitable service providers.

- Ensure Advisors conduct detailed requirement gathering, provide curated professional shortlists, and assist homeowners with design discussions, quotation analysis, and site visits.

- Ensure Allocation Agents maintain efficient, accurate, and timely service provider allocations, while optimizing match quality based on feedback.

- Conduct regular training, performance tracking, and hiring for team members to foster growth and improve performance.

Who Should Apply:

- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field

- Experience in customer success, inside sales leadership, consulting, or operations management roles;

- Strong team management abilities, metric-driven operations handling, customer-centric thinking, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

- High level of ownership, a proactive problem-solving attitude, hands-on leadership, and a strong execution orientation.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to seamlessly interact with homeowners, professionals, and internal teams.

- Experience in home construction or interiors domain is a plus.
