About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Strategic Initiatives Lead to join the Founders Office.

This role offers an opportunity to work directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic projects, organizational growth, and new business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, problem-solving ability, and execution excellence, with strong foundations from a premium college background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end.

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on organizational projects and transformation goals.

- Conduct market research and prepare insightful reports, presentations, and business analyses.

- Build, streamline, and scale internal processes, products, and strategic frameworks.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.

- Support lead generation, outreach campaigns, and proposal development.

- Develop and implement effective customer acquisition and business growth strategies.

- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for business improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree from a premium institute in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or growth-focused roles.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and innovation
