Job Title:- Management Trainee - Work Directly with the Founder

- About the Role

We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee to work closely with our Founder on high-impact strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with entrepreneurial/founder experience (minimum 1 year) and a degree from a premier institution. You will gain first-hand exposure to problem-solving at scale, cross-functional leadership, and end-to-end business execution.

What You'll Do

- Drive Strategic Initiatives:- Own projects end-to-end-identify problems, design strategy, and lead execution. This could include launching new products, optimizing key processes, or exploring new markets.

- Founder's Right Hand:- Act as a strategic partner to the Founder by helping solve top-priority challenges, preparing board-level presentations, conducting deep research, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

- Build & Scale:- Contribute to scaling initiatives by taking full ownership of tasks-from building financial models to drafting product specs or operational playbooks.

- Data & Insights:- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data into actionable insights, clearly communicating findings to stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work as a bridge across teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and execution.

- Research & Strategy:- Conduct market sizing, competitor analysis, user/college interviews, and translate insights into sharp strategy documents and PRDs.

Who You Are

-Entrepreneurial Mindset:- At least 1 year of founder/entrepreneurial experience with strong ownership and execution skills.

- Premier Pedigree:- Graduate from a top-tier college/university.

- High-Growth Exposure:- Experience working in a startup, consulting, or fast-paced environment is a plus.

- Analytical & Strategic:- Strong ability to work with data, build models, and extract meaningful insights.

- Fast Learner:- Thrive in ambiguous situations and quickly grasp new industries, concepts, and business models.

- Excellent Communicator:- Able to articulate complex ideas with clarity, both written and verbal, to diverse stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll be working side-by-side with the Founder, building a unique perspective on how companies scale and creating tangible impact from day one.
