Objective:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist who can strategically plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across search and display networks. The primary focus is achieving high-quality leads at an optimized Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns daily to improve lead quality and reduce CPL.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy setup.
- Prepare ad copies, sitelinks, and A/B test creatives to improve CTR & conversion.
- Monitor daily performance and share weekly performance reports.
- Identify low-performing areas and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the creative team for landing page feedback and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and policies.
Key Skills & Tools:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Search, Display, Discovery, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, negative keyword strategies, and bidding automation.
- Experience with lead tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and campaign scaling strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
