About the Role:

The EIR will work directly with the Founder & CEO as an execution-focused business operator. The role involves owning important business mandates, improving processes, analysing data, driving accountability, and building systems that can operate independently without constant founder intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management Reporting: Validate and improve reports shared with the CEO and ensure data accuracy.

- Sales & Operations: Run daily reviews, track action items, and ensure timely closure.

- Lead Delivery: Maintain lead quality, accuracy, turnaround times, and delivery standards.

- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and track performance across teams/zones/accounts.

- Business Analytics: Reconcile CRM, LMS and finance data; work on CPL, CPA, admissions cost, collections and profitability.

- Founder Projects: Support investor/board presentations, partnerships, senior hiring and other strategic initiatives.

- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive work and improve cross-functional workflows.

The candidate is expected to:

- Establish accurate and timely management reporting.

- Make Sales - Operations reviews self-sustaining.

- Implement stage-wise turnaround tracking.

- Launch the first quality/performance dashboard.

- Demonstrate measurable improvements rather than just activity.

Candidate Profile:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in startups, consulting, banking or analytics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

- Willingness to learn/use SQL within 3 months; Python is an advantage.

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- High ownership and follow-through.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

- Bias toward action and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.

- IIT/IIM/BITS/leading DU college or equivalent preferred, though substantial entrepreneurial experience can compensate.
