Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to join our team. The EIR will play a pivotal role in identifying, incubating, and accelerating new business opportunities within the organization. This is a unique, high-impact role for entrepreneurial leaders who thrive on building and scaling innovative products or ventures from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification: Research market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Venture Creation: Develop, validate, and launch new business ideas, products, or services-leading them from concept to market.

Business Model Development: Design and iterate on business models, go-to-market strategies, and financial plans for new ventures.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and executive teams to build and scale projects.

Stakeholder Engagement: Present business cases, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and potential investors.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor internal teams and junior entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Resource Management: Secure and allocate resources (budget, talent, partnerships) required for venture success.

Requirements:

- Proven entrepreneurial experience (founder, co-founder, or early-stage team member in a startup or innovation-driven project)

- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Experience in market research, product development, and business model design

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Track record of launching successful products or businesses

- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or venture capital

- Domain expertise in [insert relevant industry, e.g., EdTech, SaaS, FinTech]

- Network of industry contacts and potential partners
