This is not a traditional job. Were looking for a Founders Staff to serve as a versatile operator and strategic partner to our leadership team. Youll work across multiple functionsproduct, growth, operations, and financesolving the most critical problems while gaining unmatched exposure and ownership.

What Youll Do:

- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own projects end-to-end - defining problems, building strategies, and driving execution (e.g., launching a product, optimizing core processes, or exploring new markets).

- Act as a Force Multiplier: Work closely with the founder on high-priority issues, board presentations, market research, and data-driven decision-making.

- Build & Scale: Contribute to scaling efforts - whether drafting product specs, creating financial models, or setting up new business lines.

- Conduct Analysis: Synthesize data into actionable insights; be comfortable with tools for data analysis and communicating complex findings.

- Work Cross-Functionally: Act as a bridge between teams, aligning stakeholders and ensuring goals are met.

- Research & Strategy: Perform competitive scans, market sizing, user/college interviews, and synthesize findings into briefs/PRDs.

Who You Are:

- A Proven Operator: 5+ years in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or fast-paced environment with strong execution skills.

- A Fast Learner: Curious, self-motivated, and quick to adapt to new industries, business models, and technical concepts.

- An Exceptional Communicator: Able to present to leadership with clarity and work hands-on with technical or business teams.

- Highly Analytical: Skilled in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and deriving insights from data.

- Entrepreneurial: Comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and risk. Action-oriented and excited to build from scratch.
