Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong command of Advanced Excel, Reporting Automation, and Data Visualization. The ideal candidate will analyze business data, identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights to drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and data models using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau.

- Interpret complex datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Support management with decision-making through clear data visualizations and business insights.

- Streamline existing reporting processes and introduce automation for improved efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs, presenting key metrics to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Advanced Excel Skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.

- Data Visualization & Reporting Tools - Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or Tableau.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.

- Excellent business process understanding and ability to identify improvement areas.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Specialist.

- Experience in reporting automation and process optimization preferred.
