Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Search campaigns focused on lead generation. - Manage and scale budgets effectively across multiple client accounts (10+). - Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure campaign goals are met. - Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and audience targeting. - Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams or clients. - Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives. - Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically in Search and Lead Gen. - Proven track record of handling monthly budgets and driving high-quality leads. - Experience managing 10 or more Google Ads accounts simultaneously. - Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Google Ads Certification (preferred).
