Youll be diving into these tasks:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for brand awareness, user growth, and engagement.

- Identify market trends and create campaigns aligned with the crypto industrys evolving landscape.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and community platforms.

- Manage acquisition funnels for both retail and institutional users.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

- Drive data-driven marketing decisions with clear KPIs (CPL, CPA, CAC, ROI).

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations.

Partnerships & Community Building:

- Manage community engagement strategies across Telegram, and other crypto forums.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a small marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.

- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Retention & Loyalty Programs:

- Design and manage loyalty programs, referral systems.

- Implement CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages) to re-engage dormant users.

- Create educational and value-driven content to deepen user trust and platform adoption.

- Collaborate with product and customer support to enhance the overall user experience.

Bring these HODL-worthy skills to the table:

- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the crypto, blockchain, or FinTech industry.

- Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, trading products, and market trends.

- Proven track record in running successful digital marketing and performance campaigns.

- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.

- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Marketing Automation tools.
