KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED is urgently looking for Zonal Receivable Manager (Wheels) - West Zone.

Job description:

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30+, 60+, 90+).

b) Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.

c) Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.

d) Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.

e) Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.

f) Handle and lead the team of Collection.

KPIs:

a)Collection efficiency vs target.

b) Roll rate and vintage movement.

c) Cost per unit recovery.

d) Agency performance and audit scores.

e) Legal case resolution TAT.

Qualifications & Experience:

a) Graduate/MBA with 12-20 years in vehicle finance collections.

b) Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management.

c) Willing to travel extensively within the zone.

d) Base location : Pune or Mumbai (Depends on candidate's existing location)

e) Vertical: Vehicle Finance (Car Loan, Commercial Vehicles Loan, Construction Equipment Loan & Tractor Loan)

Salary - UP 30 to 40 LPA (Negotiable)
