JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION: Regional Sales Manager - Wheels(Used/New)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking care of Wheels Loan (Commercial Vehicle, Car, Tractor, Construction Equipment) business all across the Location.
- Management of Team & Branches assigned and further expansion at regular intervals.
- Achievement of business plan.
- Regular review meetings with team.
- Team motivation for business growth.
- Portfolio management in coordination with Credit, OPS & Collection.
- Strong check on the ED & NS cases.
- Team Building.
- Training and People Development.
Required Candidate profile:
- An aggressive and versatile business professional having a proven track record.
- Relevant Experience of Sales and Collection (in Asset Finance products etc.) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions .
- Good grasping over collections should be there.
- Must possess good leadership skills to drive the team.
- Must be tech savvy and also be willing to travel extensively.
- Strong network / relationship with dealers and resellers.
- Candidates from the NBFC / Banking sector shall only be considered for the said profile.
- Having a fair understanding from credit perspective.
JOB LOCATION: Hyderabad(Telangana) and Chennai(Tamil Nadu)
