Role Overview:

We are looking for a growth-focused business leader to drive enterprise business growth across India & Southeast Asia. The role will focus on new customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, market development, and building strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive enterprise sales, revenue growth, and new-logo acquisition across assigned markets.

- Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

- Engage with CHROs, HR/Talent Leaders, L&D Heads and C-suite stakeholders.

- Sell and position Talent Assessment, Behavioural Assessment, HR Tech, Talent Intelligence and AI-led solutions.

- Develop strategic accounts through cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities.

- Conduct discovery meetings, executive presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.

- Build ROI-driven business cases and long-term customer relationships.

- Collaborate with Product, Consulting, Marketing and Solutioning teams to strengthen GTM and customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

- 7 - 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Business Development, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, Talent Assessment, AI or B2B Technology.

- Proven track record in enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Strong consultative and solution-led selling experience.

- Experience selling Talent Assessment / Behavioural Assessment / HR Tech / Talent Intelligence solutions is highly preferred.

- Strong network and experience engaging CHROs and senior HR/C-suite stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial skills.

- Exposure to India & Southeast Asia markets is an advantage.
