
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data models using Zoho Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.
- Perform data analysis, trend identification, and forecasting to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc. ) to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.
- Manage large and complex datasets, ensuring proper data cleaning, validation, and visualization.
- Utilize Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) for in-depth reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and dashboards.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to management to optimize business performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM/Analytics, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization, KPI tracking, and dashboard automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with SQL or Power BI will be an added advantage
