Title : Manager - Strategic Partnerships & Channel Development

About the Role:
At Devicemax, were building the most unified endpoint management platform covering devices, people, and policy and were ready to scale through channel and strategic partnerships.
Were looking for a hands-on partnerships manager to build and run our Partner Program from scratch.
This is a builders role part ecosystem architect, part B2B hustler. Youll define the program, identify and recruit partners (MSPs, OEMs, SIs), co-create GTM campaigns, and drive revenue through partner-sourced channels.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit key MSPs, OEM resellers, and IT system integrators across India, UAE, and Africa.
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle: outreach, onboarding, enablement, co-selling, performance tracking.
- Run joint GTM campaigns: webinars, bundled offers, co-branded events, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support partner needs.
- Track KPIs: partner revenue, deal registrations, pipeline health, churn.
- Represent Devicemax at industry events and partner summits.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with MSPs, OEMs, or IT resellers is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of enterprise mobility, MDM, UEM, or IT infrastructure is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills.
- Ability to work independently, iterate quickly, and build systems from zero to one.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
Preferrable:
- Have a network of system integrators or hardware vendors in India/UAE.
- Understand Proof-of-Concept sales, co-marketing, or OEM bundling.
