About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Sales to spearhead business growth and drive strategic market expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leading initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to accelerate business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to conceptualize and develop new product offerings.
- Lead sales presentations, business proposals, and pitches for senior management and external stakeholders.

Required Experience:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-impact sales initiatives.
- Experience in identifying emerging opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
