About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can design, implement, and oversee efficient operational processes that support business growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities, and comfortable working cross-functionally across various business units. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, review, and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and operational reliability.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
- Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and coordinate effectively with internal operations teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with SLAs, operational policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Conduct annual performance reviews, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize operational budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and resolve escalations.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability in team management, SLA monitoring, and process optimization.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple business units.
