About the Company:

Knya is India's leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji. The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels.

Knya has raised funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone to lead Retail Operations at Knya as we scale from 13 to 100 stores in the next 2 years. The role involves complete ownership of store operations, expansion, and performance across multiple cities.

Responsibilities :

- The responsibilities include end-to-end store management from site selection, lease negotiations, and new store launches to running day-to-day operations at scale.

- You will ensure SOPs are followed, sales targets are met, and customer experience is consistently high across all locations.

- Managing inventory, cash handling, staff training, and process efficiency will be key focus areas. You'll work closely with area managers and store staff to build strong, high-performing teams, while collaborating cross-functionally with design, warehouse, brand, finance, and marketing teams to keep operations seamless and agile.

Must have:

- 6-10 years of experience in multi-store retail operations

- Strong execution skills and ability to manage scale in a fast-growth setup

- Data-driven mindset and comfort with retail metrics and dashboards

- Willingness to travel frequently and be on-ground

Good to have:

- Experience in apparel or lifestyle retail

- Exposure to retail tech tools and dashboards

- Strong network in the retail leasing ecosystem
