Position Overview: - We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our fast-growing D2C startup in the Founder's Office. - This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team and across various functions including operations, marketing, product development, and strategy. - The ideal candidate is a data-driven hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on challenges as they come. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Founder in strategic initiatives, including project management and cross-functional coordination. - Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making across different verticals. - Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and processes. - Collaborate with multiple teams (marketing, product, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment with the company's goals. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges and contribute to the development of new products and initiatives. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders. - Take ownership of special projects from ideation to execution as directed by the Founder. Must-Have Requirements: - 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment, consulting, or in roles involving crossfunctional collaboration. - Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; experience with tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus). - Ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot when priorities shift in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently while still being a team player. Good to Have: - Previous experience in a D2C startup or e-commerce business. - Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Notion, or automation tools to streamline processes. - Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling.
