- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the E-Surveillance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent client relationship management skills, and experience in selling security solutions, CCTV, and remote monitoring services.


- The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in industries such as BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and logistics for E-Surveillance solutions.

- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in surveillance technology.

- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to clients.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Market Research: Gather insights on market demand, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in E-Surveillance, security solutions, or technology-based services.

- Strong understanding of surveillance technologies, remote monitoring, and access control systems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to travel as required.
