Knowl is building the future of AI powered call centres, and we are looking for someone who can sit at the crossroads of product, business, and strategy to help our clients unlock real growth. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on understanding complex client problems, shaping solutions alongside our internal teams, and driving outcomes that scale.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an operator, someone who can move between strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and hands-on execution.
What You'll Work On
- Become a trusted partner to clients by deeply understanding how their business works, beyond surface-level requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities and translate ambiguous needs into clear, structured initiatives.
- Bring clarity and prioritization to fast-moving environments, focusing teams on what truly drives impact.
- Use data, structured thinking, and business intuition to guide decisions and shape solutions.
- Drive initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to execution and delivery.

Who You Are
- A structured thinker who can simplify messy problem spaces and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and energized by fast-paced startup environments.
- Highly accountable and willing to take ownership without waiting for perfect clarity.
- Strong communicator who can navigate both business conversations and technical discussions.
- Naturally curious, analytical, and willing to challenge assumptions when needed.
Ideal Background (Not Mandatory)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product growth, partnerships, business development, or similar roles.
- Graduate or post-graduate from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
- Exposure to startups or high-growth environments where roles evolve quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions.
