KNAB Finance - Assistant Manager - Partnership & Alliances - Abhi Loans

Abhi Loans is actively seeking dynamic and driven professionals to join our Strategic Alliance & Partnership team. In this role, you will build and scale high-impact partnerships within the Loan Against Securities (LAS) ecosystem, working closely with product, technology, and leadership teams to drive business growth and enhance partner experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build, foster, and maintain strong communication channels with partners, ensuring exceptional verbal and written communication at all times.

- Develop and execute strategic alliances and partnership initiatives for Loan Against Securities with prospective partners.

- Identify new partnership opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating business value and strategic fit.

- Generate and manage a strong partnership pipeline, including lead identification, outreach, and conversion.

- Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and execution.

- Maintain a sharp focus on partner experience and journey, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolution of partner needs.

- Collaborate with product and technology teams to define partner deliverables, integrations, and reporting requirements.

- Work closely with product teams to identify merchant/brand needs and contribute to evolving product capabilities and solutions.

What We Need:

- Master's degree with 3-6 years of experience in alliances and partnerships within FinTech or Lending, preferably in Loan Against Securities (LAS).

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), effective negotiation abilities, and deep industry knowledge.

- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
