About the role:

Roles & Responsibility:

- Would be responsible for generating Fee Income for the firm through origination and execution of transactions across standard asset classes, high yield deals, special situation deals, venture debt, equity etc.

- Ideating with Promoters/CFO/CXO for structuring and identifying opportunities for financing/ restructuring/ settlement/ advisory mandates

- Developing pitches with financing solutions and structuring acceptable solutions

- Preparation of IM & analytical material for external investors - cash flow models, information docket, etc.

- Working with external agencies and prospective investors for placements

- Closure of deal including sanctions, due diligences, documentation and funding

- Working independently and developing the practise eventually leading to hiring of a team and heading the vertical in the future

Your key qualifications & competencies:

- Over 12+ years of professional experience in Banks/NBFCs/Rating Agencies with expertise in origination and/or syndication

- MBA , Chartered Accountancy

- Creative thinker, rigorous analyst, detail-oriented, self-starter, capable of multitasking, and regular engagement in professional development.

- Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex analytical problems
