The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs. The role involves stakeholder management, candidate engagement and maintaining a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines.

3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

4. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.

6. Manage offer negotiations, compensation alignment, and candidate closure.

7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

8. Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports.

9. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
