PAN-India Role | Reports to CHRO
Founding Years Learning Solutions (KLAY) is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to head our recruitment function and drive enterprise-wide hiring strategy.
This role will be responsible for setting the vision, direction, and execution of the TA function, aligning hiring strategy with business growth and organizational priorities.
What You Will Lead
- Enterprise-wide TA strategy, planning & execution
- Manpower planning & recruiter capacity planning
- Sourcing channel design, TA systems & processes
- Policy creation, service support & compliance
- Stakeholder management across all business units
- TA team management, capability building & vendor oversight
- New hire experience & internal communication
- Contribution to cross-functional HR projects (e.g., M&A, policy design)
Youll act as a trusted advisor and TA expert, influencing HR strategy and solving complex workforce challenges across a dispersed national setup.
What Were Looking For
- MSW / MBA HR Full-time only
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in service-led industries preferred (Retail / Logistics / Healthcare / Education)
- Strong understanding of large-scale workforce dynamics
- Proven expertise in team leadership & strategic hiring
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & decision-making capability
- Highly ethical, self-driven, and solution-oriented
