Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and mature Cluster Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple KLAY centres in the city. This role is ideal for professionals from education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other customer-facing service industries who have managed multi-site operations.

Scope of the Role

- You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, profitability, and quality of all assigned centres managing staff, parents, processes, vendors, and service delivery.

- Centre Directors / Managers of each centre will report into this role.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations for all assigned centres.

- Ensure operational readiness for new centre roll-outs.

- Drive operational efficiency, service delivery, and compliance.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the first point of escalation for parents.

- Ensure consistent quality and service standards across centres.

- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and internal teams.

Team Leadership

- Coach and develop Centre Directors/Managers for leadership excellence.

- Drive staff performance, productivity, and retention across the cluster.

- Foster a culture of service, quality, and integrity.

Business & Revenue

- Co-own the revenue targets for the cluster along with the business team.

- Ensure profitability of each centre through effective planning and execution.

Education & Experience

- Education: Graduation is mandatory; Masters degree preferred

Experience:

- 8-10 years of multi-centre operations experience in education / retail / hospitality preferred

- Candidates with strong customer service or client servicing backgrounds will also be considered
