Role Overview:
- Create a learner centered, engaging environment through discussion, practice, and clear facilitation.
Team Development Facilitation
One on One Coaching
- Support learners in applying course concepts to real workplace situations.
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Contribute to digital learning resources.
- Participate in ongoing curriculum improvements.
Operational & Learning Support
- Support course and offering setup in Workday Learning (LMS) (scheduling, roster management, pre and post-class communications).
- Partner with Workday Learning teams to ensure accurate attendance and reporting.
- Partner with managers and HRBPs to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, Education, Organisational Development (or
related subject) or hold equivalent level of experience
OR
- Engineering or other technical degrees with relevant experience
- Proven experience in niche engineering, hiring, scale up environments, and leadership stakeholder management.
- 5-8 years relevant experience as an Instructor in Semiconductor, IT Software & Services, Medical Devices, or Product Engineering/R&D environments.

- Be a confident facilitator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills that creates a safe learning environment for their students.
- Ability to build rapport and engage diverse audiences.

- Ability to work in fast paced multicultural environments, ability to connect and communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds
- Growth mindset and willingness to develop in the world of Learning and Development
- Willingness to travel to different KLA offices per demand.

- Delivers high-quality learning sessions with strong participant feedback and measurable engagement.
- Maintains high facilitation standards across virtual and in-person programs, aligned with CLC expectations.
- Demonstrates measurable learner impact, including application of concepts on the job through coaching and workshops.
- Contributes to content quality and continuous improvement by updating materials based on feedback, business needs, and learning outcomes.
- Ensures operational excellence in course setup, attendance tracking, and coordination with LMS/Workday Learning teams.
- Builds strong partnerships with managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Shows adaptability and growth in expanding capability across facilitation, coaching, and instructional design.
