Role Overview:
KL Deemed to be University is hiring an Office Manager to manage administrative operations and support accreditation-related activities. The candidate will coordinate documentation, compliance, and internal communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accreditation & Compliance Coordination:
- Support NAAC/NBA/AICTE/UGC accreditation processes through documentation, data gathering, and reporting.
- Prepare departmental and institutional submissions for compliance and assessment cycles.
- Ensure timely preparation of AQAR, SSR, SAR, and other mandatory reports.
- Maintain updated statutory approvals and renewal documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Office Administration & Institutional Support:
- Assist Principal, Deans, and academic leadership in planning and administrative activities.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication, schedules, and workflow.
- Maintain organized filing systems, documentation records, and office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of admin or office management experience in an academic institution.
- Exposure to accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC) is highly preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
