Role Overview:
KL Deemed to be University is seeking an experienced Admin Manager with strong expertise in handling accreditation and compliance processes for NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC, and other statutory bodies. The role requires excellent coordination, documentation, and institutional governance skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Accreditation & Compliance Management:
- Manage and coordinate accreditation activities for NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC, and affiliating bodies.
- Compile, verify, and submit institutional and departmental documentation for accreditation cycles.
- Ensure timely submission of AQAR, SSR, SAR, compliance reports, and renewal applications.
- Maintain updated records of approvals, statutory documents, and regulatory communications.
- Liaise with accreditation agencies, regulatory bodies, and university officials for audits and inspections.
Institutional Support & Coordination:
- Support the Principal, Deans, HODs in academic and administrative planning.
- Coordinate institutional events, audits, academic reviews, and compliance-related activities.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments for accreditation preparedness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience in an educational institution (engineering college preferred).
- Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
