Educational Qualifications:

Essential : MBA (with specialization in Finance, FinTech, or Business Analytics)

Preferred : Ph.D. in Data Science/FinTech/Business Analytics

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Curriculum Development:

- Deliver high-quality lectures at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in subjects such as FinTech, Blockchain in Finance, Artificial Intelligence in Business, Financial Modeling, Data Analytics for Business, Python/R for Finance, etc.

- Develop and update course materials, case studies, lab assignments, and syllabi in line with industry trends.

- Integrate experiential and technology-driven learning into teaching practices.

2. Research & Publications:

- Engage in high-impact research and publish in reputed UGC CARE/Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals.

- Participate and present papers at national and international conferences.

- Guide MBA/Ph.D. students in their research dissertations and projects in the area of FinTech and Analytics.

3. Industry Collaboration & Consulting:

- Build industry connections in the FinTech, banking, and analytics sectors to facilitate guest lectures, internships, and consultancy projects.

- Engage in consulting assignments with financial institutions, analytics firms, or startups, adding real-world exposure to the academic ecosystem.

4. Innovation & Thought Leadership:

- Introduce and promote emerging topics such as Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, RegTech, Robo-Advisory, Predictive Analytics, and Financial Risk Analytics.

- Lead or contribute to the development of labs or centers of excellence in FinTech/Analytics.
